New Beginning and A New Tattoo

[Rose Moon]

Rose walked up to Phoenix Ink. She was very excited to get this tattoo and piercing done. She walked in and was shocked at how great the place was. She walked up to the woman that was there "Hello, my name is Rose." she said with a smile

Tory was sitting cross legged on her wheely chair behind her desk spinning around. Bringing herself down to a halt she smiled back and greeted "welcome to Phoenix ink, tattoo and piercings, we do what no-one else will. How can I help you today?"

[Rose Moon]

Rose smiled "I would like to get my belly button pierced and a tattoo of a Yin Yang symbol on my shoulder blade." she said

"Just that? No animation of the tattoo? No movement? Nothing that makes the tattoo magical in anyway?" Tory asked just to clarify as she was aware that she was potentially not talking to a witch though she could not remember the last time that happened "well do you want to do the piercing first or the ink?"

[Rose Moon]

Rose thought about it "Well if you could I would like to add wings and have it fly around my back, but only if it is not a hassle." she said with a smile. "Also I would like the piercing first."

"Excellent idea, it is going to look amazing" Tory informed her with a nod and then added "well if you want to look through the book and choose the piercing you want we can get going ..." Tory then pushed her bumper folder of piercings forward for Rose to look through.

[Rose Moon]

Rose looked through the book that she handed her, when she came across an emerald jewel with diamonds hanging down. "I would like this one please" she said pointing to the picture.

"Awesome, well if you will have a seat in the chair, we shall get going" Tory announced pointing at the nearest piercing chair before turning to get her piercing pen and get out the jewel that Rose had selected "okay two questions, is this your first one? And how are you with pain?"

rose laughed at the question. "Well I have my ears pierced but first body piercing, and not my first tattoo." she said sitting down at the chair she pointed to.

"So my second question, how are you with pain?" Tory repeated as she sat down in her chair and the pushing off wheeled it over to come to a halt beside the other girl.

[Rose Moon]

"I'm excellent at pain. Bring it on." she said with a laugh.

She sat there and waited for the piercing to be done, she was excited for this tattoo. Time for her new beginning.

"That is what they all say, but I shall take your word for it" Tory replied with amusement as she gestured for Rose to life her top out the way, and the began to clean the area with aesthetic.

Rose kept thinking about how this tattoo is going to be amazing when she started to get closer to her with the pen. She got ready for the sting and felt the pinch and it did hurt but not alot to where she was going to scream. she kept her shirt raised still and waited till she said it was ok so she could get ready for the tattoo.

"Beautiful" Tory commented with satisfaction at her work when she rolled away and left Rose to admire the piercing while she started to get out the stuff needed for the tattoo.

Rose was admiring the piercing. it was beautiful. "Thank you" she said a little in awe that she went through with it.

"Do you want me to lie on my stomach?" she asked pointing to the chair she was in.

"With that bran new piercing? Give it a little while to settle, and then go lay down on the tattoo board" Tory replied waving at the board in question before returning to checking her needles.

[Rose Moon]

Rose laughed"I guess that was a slightly naive question." she said and sat down in a chair to let her piercing settle. She waited while she checked her needles and thought of the reasons she wanted this tattoo. It's a new start. So something to to go with it she smiled at the thought. Yes new indeed.

"So what brings you to get new art? Care to share?" Tory asked as she finally turned back and gestured for Rose that she could not go lay down.

[Rose Moon]

Rose walked over to the board.

"Well I just moved here to get away from my suffocating family. They believe that my life is theirs to control even though I am now 25. So I packed up and came here to become a teacher. This tattoo is just a way of showing that I am my own person." as she told the story she felt as if she was talking too much. "I am sorry I tend to babble when I get worked up." she said and she could feel her cheeks getting warm.

"No worries, talk as she much as you like, I find people usually like to chat whilst I am working" Victory replied with a shrug as she wheeled her chair over so it was beside the tattoo bench and set her stuff out along side it on the small tray "so your a teacher huh?"

[Rose Moon]

Rose smiled "Yes I am the music teacher over at the school."she said with a warmth in her voice. she loved to teach. She felt the prick of the needle and began to make sure she didn't flinch.

"So if you don't mind my asking what made you start being a tattoo artist?" she was just purely curious.

"I was drawing pictures on myself when I was a little girl. By the time I was ten I was trapping my friends and giving them permanent mark pictures. By the time I got to old enough to get a job my friends begged me to become a tattoo artist just to save themselves from any-more of my creations" Tory replied in an amused tone as she worked to draw the outline of the tattoo. Apart from a small prick of the needle to mark the start, the outline was done with her wand as it would be removed straight away. She had not picked up her actually tattoo needle pen yet, after putting it down from the original tiny prick.

"Wow that must have been fun for you and very long process for them." she said with a smile

"Are you ready?" Victory asked as she picked up the needle pen and placed it against her shoulder. Without waiting for an answer she pressed the needle down. It was time to fill in the outline. The least painful part. The pain came with the filling in the colour. "Yes it was, though if you ask me they were lucky to have my pictures, and it was not like I was trying to practise piercing on them!"

"Yes I am ready" she said with a smile and laughed at her story.

"Yes Piercing would not be fun." she said
