Biography: Julie was born to a muggle father(Michael Cosma), and a pure-blood witch(Wendy Cosma). She lived in Romania until she was ten, and then moved to Montgomery, Alabama with her mother. When Julie turned 18 she ran away from home, and moved to Brookhaven. Julie, had been abused by her father and mother, from the time she was born til the time she ran away. Michael is a drunk who only cares for Wendy, and Wendy is just the same. When Julie was five she was admmitted to the hospital 20 times within two weeks, because of her parents. Julie was six when her father mutilated her arms and legs, this went on for the next four years. Julie and her mother moved because Michael was arrested for child abuse, after they moved the abuse continued by her mother. Julie finally got the courage to run away.
