Biography: Amy Swan's life was always what people call "normal". She had an older sister, and a twin brother. Her sister was the "talented one", already published a short story with her own illustrations. Amy was the "pretty one", quite explainable. And Adam wat the "imaginitve one", the reasons Arabella even drew her illustrations.

But Amy had more to herself than apparent good looks, she had a strong personality, which was wasted by the plain, "normal" life she had. All that really happened to her was jealousy on her older sister. Until she came to Alecto, that is. That showed Arabella. She was the only squib out of the three. Figures.
