The Big Apple. [Adriana/Jahat.]

Sighing, Adriana made her way through a large crowd of people in Times Square, trying to blend in with the others. She flipped her dark curls over her shoulder, the breeze cooling her neck. She loved living in New York, it was simply facinating. She glanced up at the bright signs above her head, just standing there to marvel at it. She stuffed her hands in the pockets of her jacket, pursing her lips.

Out of no-where, she felt someone bump into her, causing her and the other person to tumble onto the pavement.

"Oh, Dios mío!" The girl hissed, "Watch where you're going!" She stood up, brushing her jeans off, and fixing her hair.

[Jahat Satu]

Jahat was racing through Times Square looking for a pitch black wolf named Roza. She was the most important thing in his life at the moment. He would do almost anything for that wolf.

"Qu'est-ce que c'est?" Jahat said as he and the other person fell to the ground.

"Oh I'm sorry, Ma'am. I was running after Roza, mon loup when you came out of no where." Jahat said as politely as he could. He looked around hoping to spot his beloved wolf. She was a gift from his late parents, they had been together for many years, since Jahat was 10.

"Where are you?" Jahat mumbled as he got up. "Oh, I'm Sorry again. Would you like some help up mademoiselle?" Jahat remembered as he reached a hand down to the girl.

The latina glanced up at him, a slight glare still showing in her eyes. "It's fine," She raised an eyebrow, picking up a few items she'd dropped.

"I don't need help," the girl spat, her mind running over the few things he'd said.

"Wait, do you speak Spanish?" She asked, her dark eyes moved to look at his.

"Bof, No I speak French." Jahat said a little peeved. He had been running around for most of the day trying to find Roza, and this girl was stopping him.

"Well, is there anything I can do for you? I do not know whose fault it is but I would like to make amends." Jahat said.

"I am Jahat Satu, madam, and you are?" Jahat asked, his accent getting thicker with his worry for Roza. He was trying to hurry things along and leave.

"Sorry, I need to pay better attention, I guess." Adriana said, shaking her head, looking down at the ground, then back up at Jahat.

He seems like a gentlemen, the girl thought to herself. "It's fine, really. And I'm Adriana, Adriana Diaz." She raised her eyebrows slightly, looking back at him. "Are you okay? You look like you need to use the bathroom."

[Jahat Satu]

"Hmm? Oh I'm fine mademoiselle. I'm just looking for my wolf, Roza. She ran off this morning and she usually comes back after breakfast, but she never returned. I'm worried for mon loup." Jahat said.

He looked around for a second and then asked again. "Is there anything I can do for you? I do not know whose fault it is but I would like to make amends?"

"Do you want some help?" Adriana asked, thinking maybe she could help. She figured he might feel how she felt about Austin, about his wolf.


"No, really. Just forget it happened." She offered, with a small smile.

[Jahat Satu]

"No, I think it'll be fine. I'll find her. Maybe she made it home already," Jahat said. He was looking around when he saw a black blur racing towards him.

"Roza, mon loup!" Jahat exclaimed. As the black blur cleared up a smallish black wolf appeared and knocked Jahat down. "Roza! Where were you?" He asked. "I've been looking everywhere for you."

The small wolf seemed excited. It was pitch black and had ice blue eyes. Roza was jumping around and Jahat was laughing joyously.

"Hey Roza, there you are. I want you to met someone," Jahat said, "This is Adriana Diaz. She and I ran into each other when I was looking for you, mon loup."

Jahat stood up and dusted himself off. "Adriana this is my pride and joy, Roza. She has been with me for about 10-15 years," Jahat introduced.

Adriana looked as the black wolf knocked Jahat down. She laughed quietly, coming over to softly pet the wolf. "She's beautiful," she said to him, looking at his wolf.

"Thanks, she's my world. I don't know what I would do without her," Jahat said softly, smiling.
