Wondering For a While (Jahat/Nova)

Jahat was wondering near the Lake of Dreams with Roza, his wolf. He wanted some time to get away from everyday life. He was worried about what would happen to Roza. She was so over protective of him, to the point that at times she would not let people near at times. Jahat did not want one of the most precious things in his life be taken from him.

"Oh, Roza, what are we going to do with you? You need to be nicer to everyone, mon loup. I'm not going to leave, love, so you need to relax a little and let people closer to me or I will have to leave you at home, all the time," Jahat scolded his companion. Roza looked up at him and then seemed to look ashamed and saddened.

"Mon loup, we'll figure this out later," Jahat said as he heard someone coming. Roza seemed to perk up and become alert.

[Nova Doherty]

As most of the people in the american wizarding world knew, Nova Doherty was a powerful seer. And many of them were also aware that one of the places where she liked to go (mostly alone) to induce her visions was the Lake of Dreams. So it's not surprising that she got attacked there, once or twice, and no one could blame her because she became paranoid and went there very much armed and prepared.

Her sisters were mad at her because she would sneak out without them, but she couldn't help herself, that place was constantly calling her as she was somehow connected to it.

When she heard a noise, the young woman turned around and raised her wand. "Who's there?", she yelled, calling out someone who was standing in the darkness. Actually two figures where there, one of them huge, weird, distorted, and the other one normal.

"I could ask you the same question." Jahat said.

"Roza, détendu, now." Jahat was trying to calm Roza down. "Roza there is no need for you to be over protective right now."

"Well I am Jahat. You are?" Jahat said trying to keep peace.

[Nova Doherty]

She walked towards the dark figure, lowering her wand because she realized that the 'person' beside him, wasn't really a person, it was a dog or a wolf, and she knew she could trust a person who cares for his animal. "But I asked it, not you", she responded, frowning.

"Roza is a nice name", she said and approached the wolf. She now noticed that it was a very beautiful creature, graceful, scary. "I don't want to hurt your owner Roza. I am not a bad person, you can trust me. My name is Nova." Jahat could probably realize that she was talking more to Roza than to him, but she was all about getting her trust, rather than his.

"Fine, I'll give you that. I would like to apologize in advance if Roza scares you. She is rather protective of me this time of year. She is a pure-breed wolf from France." Jahat said as he watched Roza step in front of him.

"Oh Roza nothing is going to happen to me as what happen to mère et père." Jahat said tiredly. He hoped that Roza would be done being over protective by now it had been five years at least.

[Nova Doherty]

She smiled. "Roza doesn't scare me. I think she's beautiful. I dreamt about a wolf before. A she wolf. Maybe it was her in my vision."

"I wouldn't know. Roza is special to me. Roza please be nice." Jahat said. Roza seemed a little more relaxed but was still stiff.

Jahat signed and kneeled by Roza's head. "Roza, mon amie, relax this is Nova she is mon amie too," Jahat said smiling.
